How Returns Work
We'll email you a free prepaid return label. Just make sure your item is unworn, in its original condition, and packed with everything it came with — box, certificate, paperwork.
Contact us first to get a return authorization number; we can't accept a return without one.
A few things can't be returned: custom pieces, resized rings, and anything showing signs of wear. Not sure if yours qualifies? Check your order confirmation, or just ask us.
Refund Timeline
Once we get your return:
Our team inspects it — about 5–7 business days
If it checks out, we process your refund
Money's back in your account in 5–10 business days
Paid with a gift card originally? Your refund comes back as store credit instead of cash.
Exchanges
Want something different instead? If the new item costs more, you'll just cover the difference.
