Diamonds and Jewelry

FAQ.png

Do you offer natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. BlueHira offers both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Our specialists can explain the differences and help you choose based on your preferences, priorities and budget.

Are your diamonds certified?

Many of our center diamonds are accompanied by grading reports from independent laboratories such as GIA or IGI. Certification details are shown in the product information when applicable. Please contact us if you would like to confirm the grading report for a particular diamond before purchasing.

What is the difference between a lab-grown and natural diamond?

Natural diamonds form within the earth, while lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment. Both are diamonds and share essentially the same chemical, physical and optical properties. Specialized testing equipment is generally required to reliably distinguish a lab-grown diamond from a natural diamond.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

BlueHira works with established suppliers that represent their natural diamonds as compliant with the Kimberley Process and applicable industry standards.

What metals do you offer?

Depending on the design, our jewelry is available in: * 14K or 18K white gold * 14K or 18K yellow gold * 14K or 18K rose gold * Platinum If you are interested in another metal or finish, contact us to discuss whether it can be accommodated.

Are the accent diamonds natural or lab-grown?

The type of accent diamonds used depends on the product. We generally coordinate the accent diamonds with the selected center diamond, but the exact specifications will be stated in the product details or confirmed before production.

Will the jewelry look exactly like the photographs?

We make every effort to represent our jewelry accurately. Because each piece is individually made and diamonds and gemstones have their own natural characteristics, slight variations may occur. Screen settings, lighting and photography can also affect how metal and gemstone colors appear.

Customization and Ordering

FAQ.png

Can I customize an existing BlueHira design?

Yes. Many of our designs can be customized by changing the center-stone shape, diamond specifications, metal, ring size or other design details. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible and provide updated pricing and timing.

Do you create fully custom jewelry?

Yes. We can create a custom piece based on your ideas, reference images or personal design preferences. Our team can help with diamond selection, design development, CAD renderings and production. Custom orders must be approved before production begins and are considered final sale.

Can a setting be modified for a different center-stone shape?

Many settings can be adapted for another diamond shape or size. Because each center stone has different proportions, the setting may need to be redesigned to provide the correct fit and support. Contact us with your preferred design and center-stone shape for confirmation.

Can I purchase a setting without a center stone?

Setting-only purchases may be available for certain designs. Eligibility depends on the setting and the measurements of the center stone that will be used. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility and production requirements.

Can you help me find a diamond or design that is not shown online?

Yes. Our online selection does not represent every diamond or design available to us. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, contact our team with your preferred shape, carat weight, quality, style and budget.

Can you keep my order a surprise?

Absolutely. We can communicate discreetly and arrange delivery based on your proposal plans or special occasion. Let us know about any timing, packaging or communication requirements when placing your order. While we cannot guarantee a specific date until production and shipping are confirmed, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your plans.

Can an item be placed on hold?

Certain diamonds or pieces may be placed on a temporary hold. Hold availability and duration vary, so please contact us for confirmation.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the design, level of customization and item availability. Your estimated completion or delivery timeframe will be provided before or shortly after your order is confirmed. If you need your jewelry by a particular date, contact us before ordering. Rush production may be possible for certain pieces but cannot be guaranteed.
