How Trade-In Works
1. Trade in any loose diamond you bought from us for 100% credit toward a new one, as long as it's worth at least double.
2. Both GIA and IGI certified diamonds qualify.
3. Bring back the diamond in its original condition, with its original certificate.
4. Setting the new diamond costs extra — that's not included in the trade.
5. This program covers diamonds only; colored gemstones aren't eligible.
6. Change your mind about the new diamond? You can return it or pick something else.
Engagement Rings
Your ring's center stone is eligible too. If your setting still fits and is in good shape, we'll reset your new diamond right into it.
Heads up: any discount from your original purchase doesn't carry over to the trade-in.
